Unity & Strength – Group photos are used to convey the cumulative value of experience a specific group offers to the viewer.  Paradoxically, the strongest group photos are captured individually.  Group photos are comprised of layers of individual photos; the real value is derived when it’s time to update the photo whenever someone either leaves or joins the organization.  The change to the group photo is made by removing the departed member and/or simply photographing the new member without having to schedule a time when everyone in the group can reassemble for a photo.  The most flattering image of each individual is selected and everyone in the group looks great.
